Targeted Surveillance (Symptomatic)
We administer PCR testing to all symptomatic residents for all sources of infections helping facilities reduce rehospitalizations and provide better care quicker.
Process Surveillance – Onsite
Our credentialed staff conducts onsite observation to identify failed practices and poor habits that lead to infections and outbreaks.
Process Surveillance – Remote
We review residents’ records daily via read-only access to the facility’s EHR to address antibiotic stewardship and outcome surveillance.
Antibiotic Stewardship
Our multifaceted antibiotic stewardship program allows our staff to ensure appropriate antibiotic utilization while reducing the overall infection rate and reducing hospitalizations.
Education & Training
We provide education and training customized to each facility’s needs as a required in-service, as needed, or as a facility-wide bootcamp.
Telehealth Services
We provide telehealth access to an NP and an MD during nights and weekends which helps with the reduction of infections, antibiotics, and rehospitalizations.
