Education, Mentorship & Support

We provide education, mentorship, and support to the facility’s staff as needed and defined in the Performance Improvement Plan. We empower each team member with easy-to-follow guidelines, knowledge of regulations and best practices, as well as a detailed explanation of how important their role is in infection prevention and residents’ wellbeing. This effort contributes greatly to staff retention and satisfaction.
